Agreement: By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms described herein.

Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason (style, comfort level, or behavior).

Language: All communications must be held in [English/Spanish]. Please use clear wording to avoid misunderstandings during the process.

Artist Rights: I retain 100% of the copyright. This includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless a Privacy/NDA Fee is paid.

Signature/Watermark: I reserve the right to sign or watermark my work. You will receive a high-resolution file, but my signature must remain visible on the piece.

Prohibitions: You are NOT authorized to:

Trace, edit, or heavily modify the artwork without permission.

Use the artwork as a "base" for other drawings.

Use the artwork for AI training, datasets, or NFT purposes under any circumstances. Violation results in an immediate blacklist and loss of all usage rights.

Personal Use: You may use the art for avatars, wallpapers, or personal social media posts with proper credit to @Gileanne_art. You may create physical reproductions (prints) as long as they are NOT for sale.

Commercial Use: Any use for profit (merchandise, resale, Twitch/YouTube branding, book covers) requires a Commercial Multiplier (1.5x - 2.5x). This must be agreed upon upfront.

Transfer of Rights: In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design, but I retain the rights to the original artwork I created.

Invoicing: I will initiate the transaction via PayPal/Wise Invoice. Do not send funds until I have confirmed the commission and sent the invoice.

Currency: All payments must be made in USD. The client is responsible for currency conversion fees.

Payment Deadlines: Payment is expected within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your slot.

Upfront Policy:

Orders under $500: 100% upfront.

Orders over $500: 50% deposit to start and 50% after sketch approval.

Queue: Work proceeds according to the agreed-upon queue. You will be notified of your current position.

The Sketch Stage: This is the only stage where structural changes (pose, outfit, composition) are allowed. Includes 2 free minor revisions.

The Rendering Stage: Once the sketch is approved, significant changes will incur a fee starting at $50 - $100 depending on the complexity of the rework.

Deadline: Masterpiece illustrations take 2-4 weeks. Rush orders (2x price) bypass the queue for faster delivery.

By the Artist: If I am unable to finish the project for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued.

By the Client: * If you cancel before I start the sketch: 80% refund (covers fees).

If you cancel during/after the sketch: The 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover time and labor.

After the work is finished/delivered: NO REFUNDS.

Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargeback will lead to a permanent blacklist and a public alert regarding the incident.

Additional Character: +80% of the base price.

Outfit Complexity: +$50 to $100 (depending on armor, jewelry, or patterns).

Props / Small Companions: +$25 to $50 each.

Alternative Versions: +$40 to $100 (expression shifts, clothing color swaps).

Streaming/Social Rights: 1.5x price multiplier (Twitch, YouTube, personal branding).

Full Commercial Rights: 2.5x price multiplier (Merchandising, resale, and mass production).

Rush Order: 2x price multiplier (Guaranteed priority in queue).

Secrecy Fee (NDA): +20% of the total (Project will not be shared on socials).

Character Design Fee: +$100 (If no visual reference is provided).
