WELCOME

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

1. General Terms

  • All prices are in USD and must be paid via PayPal.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that doesn't fit their style or comfort level.

  • I (the artist) retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my social media/portfolio for self-promotion unless a "Privacy Fee" is discussed beforehand.

2. Payment & Process

  • A 50% upfront payment is mandatory to secure your slot and start the sketch.

  • The remaining 50% is due after the sketch approval and before the final high-resolution delivery.

  • Work will proceed according to the agreed queue. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days (may vary based on complexity).

3. Revisions

  • Two (2) free revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only.

  • Any revisions after the sketch is approved or after final delivery will incur an extra fee of $15 per change.

  • Changes to the fundamental pose or character design after the sketch is finished are not covered by free revisions.

4. Usage Policy (Usage Rights)

  • Personal Use: You may use the art for personal profile pictures, wallpapers, or social media posts (with proper credit to @Gileanne_art).

  • Commercial Use: If the art will be used for merchandise, resale, or monetization (e.g., Twitch emotes, prints), a Commercial Fee (+50% to 100%) will be applied.

  • AI & NFT: My work may NOT be used for AI training or NFT purposes under any circumstances.

5. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once the final illustration has been delivered.

  • If the client cancels during the sketch stage, the upfront 50% is non-refundable to cover the time already spent on the piece.

Base Prices

These are the general base prices (not to be confused with the total price of the illustration).
The final price depends on the following factors: (Base Prices + Add-Ons + Delivery Time = Total Price).

Full Body — $100

Thigh Up — $75

Bust / Upper Body — $55

Headshot — $40

Other Categories

Chibi's Character (Full body) — $50

Character Sheet (Standard) — $180

  • Includes: Front/Back view, color palette, and 2 expressions.

NSFW Variant — +25% of the total price

  • Includes: Nude/lewd version with expression change.

Adds On

  • Detailed Background — $30

  • Additional Character — +80% of the base price

  • Pets / Small Companions — $20

  • Complex Outfit/Armor — $40

Payment Terms & Policy

  • Upfront Payment: 50% required before starting.

  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% after sketch approval and before final delivery.

  • Refunds: No refunds once the final illustration is completed.

  • Revisions: 2 free revisions during the sketch stage. Extra revisions: $15 each.
